Some interesting stuffs waiting for you!! go ahead.....

Does the way you write have something to do with your personality?

Absolutely yes!
There is a lot what your handwriting can say about the type of person you are.
The process of analyzing different handwriting is termed as Graphology

According to research from National Pen Company in U.S.,your handwriting can give away clues about 5,000 different personality traits based on the way you space your letters, how you sign your name and even how you connect the letter 'o' and 's' to  other letters in a word.

It is classed as pseudo-scientific since a lot of debates are going on how much accurate is this in defining one's traits or even physical attributes.Yet, a lot researchers say its 80-90% accurate.

FACTORS ON WHICH YOUR HANDWRITING IS JUDGED

1.SIZE OF LETTERS:

This the first and most basic observation you can make about someone's handwriting.

Small letters: This can mean that the person might be shy and shows lack of courage and confidence.Small letters can also indicate that the person is extremely detailed about minute things and shows intense focus on whatever he/she may does.

Average letters: People with average sized letters can fit in with any kind of environment/person easily and that's what adaptable and well adjustable mean. They occupy an nice middle ground between the two extremes.

Large letters: People using large letters describes that the person is pretty outgoing, sociable and may like being in the limelight. These kind of people pretend to be very confident in front of others but are not deep down.

2.SLANTING TECHNIQUE:

The words may slant right, left or may be perfectly upright.

No slant: If a person is writing straight up and down he/she is rational i.e The person is more calm and sensible and is able to make decisions based on intelligent thinking rather than being emotional.

Right slanted: The writer is probably more on the easygoing side, always looking to try new  things and communicate with new peers.

left slanted: These type of writers always find their peace in being solitude and anonymous. They are kind of reserved and don't open up to anyone so easily.

3.SPACING BETWEEN THE LETTERS:

Wide spacing: People who use wide spaces are more likely to love their independence and open spaces. They develop a lot of trust issues and mostly prefer to keep quiet and avoid getting into arguments.

Narrow spacing: Someone whose handwriting has closed word spacing is often found to be in constant need of contact with the people i.e they want themselves to be crowded, This depicts the feeling of being insecure.

Normal spacing: These type of writers tend to live in harmony with their surroundings. They are capable of building a healthy relationship with the people around them.

4.ANALYZING THE STYLES OF WRITING:

This picture clearly depicts different styles have different meaning.

There are several letters in alphabet which can be written in different ways, and each of them have their own style and  preferences.

  • A narrow loop in the lower case "e" can indicate that the person is more suspicious or doubtful regarding most of the things they encounter.  These type of people can be stoic i.e they can endure pain and hardships without showing it or complaining about it. Whereas wider loop can show that the person is open to more new people and experiences.

  • A person who dot's their lowercase "i" very high are likely to be very imaginative and high spirited than those who dot it right on top of i. Those people are more structured and detail oriented. If you dot your i to the left this indicates that you can easily give up on things. If your dots are to be circles then you are more like a child and visionary.

  • Coming to upper case "I"; if capital I is bigger than the rest of the words while referring to themselves, they can be cocky and over confident. If "I" is same or smaller than the rest of the words they are more content with what they are.

  • Crossing a "t" with a long line indicates enthusiasm and determination.A short cross can be a sign of lack of interest and determination.Crossing a "t" very high can mimic having high goals and esteem, while crossing low can indicate its opposite.

  • If  their "o" is left open , the writer may be more an open book. they tend to be expressive and willing to share secrets.

5.SIGNATURES:

A illegible signature mean that the person is more impatient, reserved and appreciates efficiency.
A legible signature  indicates that is person is self assured and content with themselves. This can also depict that they are precise and independent.

There are various other ways in which signatures are styled.

Handwriting analysis plays major role in most of the areas, most  importantly  in the crime investigation.

These are some of the factors and application which i wanted to address here ,there are lot other factors too which helps in analyzing personality of one person.
